In this title, "water supply, sanitary sewerage, or drainage project" includes any:

            (1)      Water main, sewer, or drain or appurtenance of such water main, sewer, or drain;

            (2)      Fire hydrant;

            (3)      Reservoir;

            (4)      Water purification plant;

            (5)      Tank;

            (6)      Pumping station; and

            (7)      Sewage disposal plant.
