The State's Attorneys' Coordinator may appoint and employ the professional and clerical staff as approved by the State's Attorneys' Coordination Council and as provided in the State budget. To the extent practicable, all units of State and local government shall cooperate with the State's Attorneys' Coordinator and his staff in the discharge of his duties.
