70-1614 - LEASES AND CONTRACTS WITHOUT NOTICE OR BOND
Port districts may
enter into leases and contracts of every kind and nature with the United
States of America or any of its departments or instrumentalities, the state of
Idaho, or of sister states, or any of their departments or instrumentalities
or with any municipal, quasi-municipal or public corporation thereof without
notice and without requiring such bodies to provide bond to secure the
performance thereof.
