70-1602 - IMPROVEMENTS TO FOLLOW PLAN ADOPTED
When such general plan
shall have been adopted as provided in section 70-1601, [Idaho Code,]
improvements to be made by the commission shall be made substantially in
accordance therewith unless and until such general plan shall have been
officially amended, modified or changed by the port commission.
