69-246 - APPEALS FROM DECISION OF DIRECTOR
The director shall keep a
complete transcript of all proceedings and evidence presented in any hearing
before him. The applicant, warehouseman or any complainant formally appearing
in a hearing before the director for a license, or the holder of any warehouse
license suspended or revoked, or any party to a transfer application may
appeal to the district court in accordance with the terms of chapter 52, title
67, Idaho Code.
