69-234 - RENT OF QUARTERS -- EMPLOYMENT OF ASSISTANTS
The department is
authorized to rent quarters and to employ persons as it may deem necessary,
and it is authorized, in its discretion, to employ qualified persons not
regularly in the service of the state for temporary assistance in carrying out
the purposes of this chapter.
