| 69-222 - RECEIPTS -- SCALE WEIGHT TICKETS |
For all agricultural
commodities delivered to a warehouse licensed under this chapter original
negotiable or nonnegotiable warehouse receipts, or scale weight tickets, shall
be issued by the warehouseman conducting the same, but no receipts, or scale
weight tickets, shall be issued except for agricultural commodities delivered
to the warehouse at the time of the issuance thereof; provided, however, that
no negotiable receipt need be issued except when requested by the depositor. |
