| 67-5330 - RATE OF OVERTIME COMPENSATION WHEN PAID IN CASH |
Cash
compensation for overtime, when paid, shall be at one and one-half (1 1/2)
times the hourly rate of that officer's or employee's salary or wage, except
for those employees whose positions fall within the definitions of executive,
administrative or professional as stated in section 67-5302, Idaho Code, who
will be paid at their regular hourly rate of pay as provided for in section
67-5329, Idaho Code. |
