Idaho State Statutes - Idaho Attorney Directory

It is hereby declared to be the policy of
the legislature of the state of Idaho that all classified employees of like
classification and pay grade allocation shall be treated equally with
reference to personnel benefits. It is the intent of the legislature that a
benefit survey shall be conducted annually for the purpose of determining the
relative level of personnel benefits provided to state employees by comparing
the benefits provided to state employees with the benefits provided to
employees of private employers within the state of Idaho.
