| 67-5007 - GRANTS TO AND CONTRACTS WITH LOCAL AREA AGENCIES |
The commission
shall, based on the recommendations of the local area councils on aging, enter
into funding agreements as grants or contracts with designated local area
agencies, as provided by the Older Americans Act of 1965, as amended, for the
purpose of the agencies issuing contracts at the local level to provide the
services listed in section 67-5008, Idaho Code. Such grants or contracts shall
be subject to performance and financial audit by the agency in conformance
with state practices and statutes. |
