67-4231 - HIGHEST USE -- EMINENT DOMAIN
The legislature hereby declares
that the highest and best use of the property described in section 67-4229,
Idaho Code, is as a state park. The Idaho park and recreation board may, in
its sound discretion, exercise the power of eminent domain to condemn any uses
or interests in said property which are or may be inconsistent with the
purposes of this act.
