67-2005 - VOUCHER FORMS
It is the duty of the state controller to
prescribe forms of vouchers on which all requests for expenditure of state
moneys must be submitted, and when such forms of vouchers have been prescribed
no request for expenditure of state moneys shall be received and filed by the
state controller unless the same shall be presented on the proper form.
