The
director of the department of administration shall have exclusive control of
the exterior, grounds and systems of the capitol building. The director, in
consultation with the governor, the presiding officers of the legislature and
the commission created by this chapter, shall have exclusive authority to
equip, maintain, and operate such exterior, grounds and systems. For the
purposes of this section, "systems" means electrical, HVAC (heating,
ventilating, air-conditioning) and telecommunication systems used in the
capitol building. |
