(1) Immediately after
the session laws are bound, they shall be delivered to the secretary of state,
and the secretary of state shall distribute them within thirty (30) days of
receipt from the printer in accordance with the list maintained by the
secretary of state.
(2) Immediately after the journals that are to be sold through the
secretary of state's office are delivered to the secretary of state, the
secretary of state shall offer such journals for sale to any person at the
price fixed for such journals by the printing committee as provided in section
67-509, Idaho Code. Any moneys received by the secretary of state from the
sale of journals shall be deposited in the general account in the state
operating fund.
