Proof of
publication of legal notice or notice of event by radio or television
broadcast shall be by affidavit of the manager, an assistant manager or a
program director of the station broadcasting the same, annexed to a copy or
transcription of the text of the notice as actually broadcast, specifying the
dates on which, and time of day, the publication was made. |
