57-716 - INVESTMENT OF PROCEEDS OF THE SALES OF PUBLIC LANDS
The proceeds
of the sales of endowment lands of the state, if not deposited into the land
bank fund established in section 58-133, Idaho Code, and used to purchase
other lands, shall be deposited into the appropriate permanent endowment funds
and must be invested for and on account of the specific purposes for which the
lands were granted.
